Mission Statement

Our mission is to vigorously represent injured people by solving their legal problems with creative solutions that will make a positive difference in their lives.

Our Practice

Our practice is limited to representing people injured by the negligence or intentional acts of others. People are injured in a variety of ways. Auto crashes, exploding bottles, railroad devices, negligent care by health care workers and falls on slippery or dangerous surfaces are ways in which people become injured.
Our method is to collect fact information quickly so valuable evidence does not become lost or witnesses become "unavailable". We evaluate the information obtained and then advise clients if we feel they have a meritorious claim. One hard part of our job is to inform potential clients when we feel they have no remedy at law.
Our goal is to use the legal system vigorously to bring about a just outcome for our clients.

What Is My Case Worth?

We examine at least 18 different factors in arriving at a value. Some of the factors are fixed right away. For example, who is at fault? Other factors cannot be evaluated until later, like the total amount of past and future medical bills, or whether an injury will result in a permanent impairment.

Go To Trial Or Settle Out Of Court?

Most cases are settled out of court. However, we prepare all cases expecting to go to trial. We communicate with clients and, as issues come up, confer with them. Our aim is to keep clients informed of all of the developments as the case evolves toward settlement or trial. We work hard to bring our clients the justice they deserve.
